PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Personal Training – Premium Gym

1. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made through the following methods:

Bank transfer

Credit or debit card

Bizum

Direct debit (for monthly subscriptions)

2. General Payment Conditions

All services must be paid in advance, whether monthly, by session packages, or individual sessions.

Session bookings will be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received.

In the case of recurring payments (monthly), these must be made between the 1st and 5th of each month.

3. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be modified or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered completed and will not be refundable.

In duly justified cases of force majeure, the missed session may be considered for rescheduling.

4. Validity of Session Packs

Personal training and partner training packs are valid for 5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Premium training packs are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Partial or full refunds will not be accepted once the pack has started, unless justified by a medical reason.

5. Payment Delays

In case of non-payment, the service will be suspended until the situation is resolved.

Delays of more than 7 days may result in the loss of the reserved spot.

6. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for sessions or monthly payments once the current month has started, unless due to force majeure (certified injury, illness, etc.).

Any approved refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By contracting the service, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these payment terms and conditions.
